Your primary mission
To develop the approach and the creative strategy that will allow the client to achieve their goals in terms of attracting, mobilizing, and retaining talent
Your responsibilities
- Understanding the client’s issues, context, environment, and needs.
- Directing quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing it, and developing powerful insights.
- Designing creative briefs, brainstorming with the teams, and leading workshops at the client’s location to develop creative and effective solutions.
- Presenting the strategy and the solutions to the clients. Telling the story, defending our point of view.
- Ensuring the consistency of the various strategic projects.
- Determining the performance metrics, tracking them, and making recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication/marketing
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience in a large company
