Project Manager

The sept24 Project Manager will work with major companies and top brands on their HR marketing projects. The Project Manager will handle many fascinating projects ranging from websites, print media, videos, photos, social media and more, while also managing a dynamic team of professionals. 

We are looking for someone who knows how to streamline processes in a clear manner. The Project Manager is a trusted colleague who can meet important deliverables, schedules and budgets. The Project Manager stays in daily contact with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, detailing work to be done and deadlines to be met according to the client’s goals.
• Ensuring that each project develops, progresses and is finalized, including deliverables, schedules and budgets.
• Communicating regularly with the parties involved as to the status of each project.
• Developing a trusted relationship with clients and keeping them informed about their project on a daily basis.
• Negotiating and hiring contractors to work on projects, when needed.
• Ensuring that deliverables from both in-house and contracted professionals meet quality standards.
• Drafting project summary reports using client feedback, and while we’re at it, planning a small party to celebrate!

You enjoy planning, organization, problem-solving and customer service, and would like to put these skills to use serving the human resource departments of some of the largest companies in Quebec, and beyond!

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of project management tools and best practices

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working for an agency
• Experience working for a large company
• Excellent French language skills (written and oral)
