Being a digital strategist at sept24 means creating short and long term media plans for clients, both for recruitment campaigns and brand/product positioning. Through a thorough understanding of their objectives, industry, employer competition or markets, and your expertise in digital marketing, you will implement the steps that will allow them to fill their available positions or raise awareness of their company and services.

Your great mission
Develop digital approaches and strategies that will enable clients to achieve their awareness, consideration and conversion goals in both traditional and HR marketing.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in the study of client needs: understand their issues, context, environment, needs, budget, employer competition and target.
- Support sales and consulting teams in business development by participating in client’s pitch.
- Perform client audits and their competitors’ digital assets and activities.
- Work with other internal strategic teams to create 360 approaches based on overall account visions and goals.
- Within client budgets, define and present digital strategies that will allow them to achieve their recruitment or awareness objectives.
- Get involved in the execution of mandates by designing creative briefs, brainstorming with teams, and leading client workshops to develop creative and effective digital solutions.
- Determine performance measures with clients, track them and adjust strategies as needed.
- Contribute to web site redesign and creation projects, in analytical sectors.
- Keep a strategic watch, stay on top of new technologies and make digital offers evolve as fast as markets.

Requirements
- Important knowledge of different digital marketing tools (Facebook ads, Linkedin, Indeed, Snapchat, TikTok, retargeting, geolocation, Google adwords, lead generation, SEO, SEM…)
- Education and experience in marketing
- Bilingualism (French and English)
