Sept24’s methodology allowed Petra Group employees to actively engage in the research stage, particularly through an in-depth survey and focus groups. These initiatives were crucial in establishing key findings, defining the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and laying robust foundations to begin the creation phase.
Following this collaborative research approach, our team developed a creative concept that highlights the essential role of employees, evoking the involvement and uniqueness of each individual, making authenticity the cornerstone of our concept. The slogan “Our employees, our most precious assets” underscores the importance of employees to Petra Group’s success. It also demonstrates the company’s recognition of its team’s hard work.
For the Employer Brand Building™ portion, employee involvement extended to a photo shoot and video filming. Through these initiatives, the concept was translated through the real faces of those who invest themselves day after day in the company and will serve to embody the essence of Petra Group in a new employer brand video.
A pre-launch in the form of a teaser was sent to employees via email to guess the official signature of their new employer brand. The official launch took place in December during an event celebrated among all staff. It was a memorable launch for the employees of a valuable employer brand.
