To develop the employee value proposition at Soprema, as well as the organizational culture across all the countries where it is present, in order to highlight Soprema’s employer distinctiveness.
Our Mandate
- To analyze the corporate culture in the various countries where the company operates to identify Soprema’s uniqueness in each country, as well as what unites the company’s employees.
- Provide recommendations regarding the driving forces of the company, what employees appreciate about Soprema as an employer, as well as the restraining factors, what the company needs to improve in its employee experience.
Methodology
- Listen to the feedback of 7,000 talents through a survey in over 46 countries, in 15 languages.
- Define Soprema’s EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
- Conduct representative employee discussion groups.
- Workshop – discussion group with the senior management.
- Generate a comprehensive report of recommendations, both globally and by business unit.
- Create visual communication materials to share research results across all countries.
