Diex operates in a demanding B2B environment, where the quality of relationships outweighs the quantity of contacts. A context where showing up isn’t enough. Relevance is everything. Diex is a Quebec-based private clinical research company conducting Phase I to IV trials
Design a relational activation alongside the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress to position Diex with accuracy and credibility among medical specialists.

We reframed the mandate to its core.
In a medical congress setting, the goal wasn’t to multiply brand touchpoints.
It was to create a parallel, credible, and carefully curated environment where Diex could bring together cardiologists in conditions more conducive to meaningful exchange than the official program.
We developed Behind the Congress: an exclusive dinner cocktail at Lueur, designed to foster high-quality conversations in an intimate, premium setting aligned with Diex’s positioning.
At sept24, our role was to transform a business need into a relevant relational ecosystem.
