Each year, our agency maintains a tradition: organizing an offsite day, an occasion that transcends the usual daily routines while embodying and showcasing the essence of sept24. These moments far from our homes and offices in Montreal, Sherbrooke, and Vancouver, allow our mission, values, and identity to crystallize.
What did we do? We engaged in introspection, exploring our individual expertise, ongoing projects, and ambitious aspirations. We also shared key figures from the past year. However, the most important aspect was truly spending the day together, engaging in fun activities like assembling Ikea furniture and solving puzzles. We fostered camaraderie, exchanged inspiring ideas, and returned with renewed vigor, eager to bring positive transformations to the work world.
