Education about harassment in the workplace
The Groupe d’aide et d’information sur le harcèlement sexuel au travail de la province de Québec inc. (GAIHST) is a non-profit organization that fights against sexual and discriminatory harassment in the workplace. It supports businesses of all sizes and their employees through training. GAIHST also provides assistance to individuals through its complaints and support departments.
Develop a creative strategy to make the video-based training content more engaging. We also handled the filming, editing, and development of the online platform to host the videos.
The team started by analyzing GAIHST’s brand guidelines and existing tools to take them further. Through collaborative work, the strategy and creative teams developed a concept to make the training videos both engaging and inclusive. A distribution strategy was also devised to help GAIHST achieve specific goals and reach the target audience effectively.
The concept came to life in our Montreal studio during a one-day shoot. The real magic happened in post-production, where the creative concept truly took shape. Seven training capsules were developed to raise awareness and educate on discriminatory and sexual harassment in the workplace.
At the same time, the web team developed a platform that hosts all the video capsules, quizzes to assess knowledge, and a certificate of completion for participants.
