With so many Uniprix-affiliated pharmacies across Quebec, and so many different professions working in them, the challenge was considerable. sept24’s unique methodology made it possible to understand the fundamentals of the culture in Uniprix-affiliated pharmacies: the impact on people’s health, the opportunity to put ideas into action, and human proximity.

Creation Stage

Thanks to a photoshoot with our team, the brand’s vibrant color palette and cheerful tone, the sept24 creative team developed a colorful, dynamic and punchy concept. We confidently mention the distinctive elements that make Uniprix-affiliated pharmacies an ideal place to work for student jobs or a life career. We’re telling you, it’s fun to work in a Uniprix-affiliated pharmacy!

Results

This commitment is an investment in the future of Uniprix-affiliated pharmacies. By building a strong brand, pharmacist owners will not only attract and retain exceptional talent but also ensure continuity in the quality of care they provide to their patients. The employer brand was unveiled to pharmacist-owners at an annual convention, and will be rolled out externally through campaigns and various activations. Maybe you’ll see it at a pharmacy near you.
