The result of multiple mergers and acquisitions, TCJ has risen to become one of the ten largest firms in the province, now employing over 400 professionals. These include lawyers, notaries, tax specialists, and human resources consultants.

Thanks to sept24’s unique approach, TCJ’s employees, senior management, and HR team were able to participate in the research phase. It was with their voice and management’s vision that the recruiter value proposition was established, providing solid foundations for the creative team to develop the recruitment brand concept.
TCJ stands out for honoring its commitments to its employees and supporting professional development, a significant contrast to similar firms. With its bold and punchy signature, TCJ confidently displays what happens within its walls, elements that are very distinctive in the market. By being “coupable d’en offrir plus” (‘Guilty of offering more’), TCJ isn’t afraid to draw attention. It was through a photo shoot of various employees from different business locations, conducted by our creative studio team, that the concept took shape, punctuated by knowing and amused laughter.
An internal launch took place in October 2023 at its 6 business locations, accompanied by unique promotional material. The external launch then occurred through an awareness campaign and a recruitment campaign that got people talking. TCJ, guilty of a tailor-made recruitment image!
