For nearly 50 years, they’ve been known for their rigorous approach to safety and schedule management. Now, it’s time to showcase what makes them stand out as an employer, highlighting all the unique benefits they bring to the table. Time to shine!
At Durocher, they don’t do things by halves! By redefining their employer brand, we’ve revamped the employee experience to make them feel not just valued, but truly engaged. The goal? To reinforce their leadership status while creating an environment where people love to work. What makes Durocher unique is their intrapreneurial approach. Here, some employees don’t just drive trucks, they become owners! This bold structure highlights autonomy and personal initiative, fundamental values for the company. That’s the Durocher “drive”! To capture this essence, we orchestrated a team photo shoot, transforming employees into real road stars. These authentic shots became the cornerstone of our campaign, showcasing the faces and stories behind Durocher’s success.
In close partnership with Durocher’s HR team, we’ve uncovered the pillars of their company culture: unwavering dedication, valued autonomy, and leadership that drives excellence.

The concept was to reach out to French-speaking workers in Quebec. With “On veut ta drive”, a very French-speaking concept, Durocher boldly declares its desire to surround itself with dynamic, daring individuals ready to conquer the roads. This slogan is an invitation to join a team where every talent is valued, where every driven spirit counts.
The concept “On veut ta drive” is an ode to what makes Durocher International strong: the energy, passion, and unity of its employees. This wordplay on “drive” captures both the essence of transportation and the spirit of initiative that animates every team member. It highlights the dedication, autonomy, and contribution at the heart of the company.
To showcase these qualities, a vibrant photoshoot captures their energy, whether in static moments or in motion, with a touch of warmth and authenticity in the tones. “On veut ta drive” and “Tu nous drives” are not just slogans, but signatures that amplify the employer brand identity and celebrate the invaluable worth of the employees.
To mark the launch of its new employer brand, Durocher International organized an event that reflected its essence: simple, authentic, and festive. The new brand pillars were presented, perfectly mirroring Durocher’s culture. Eye-catching posters were deployed to highlight the employees, and exclusive goodies were offered, reinforcing engagement and enthusiasm within the teams.
